Forum Update - phpBB 3.1.5

Big upgrade on the forum today, to phpBB version 3.1.5. Unfortunately, moving from 3.0+ to 3.1+ broke our old style. Until We figure out something better, we're stuck with this. Many new bells & whistles are included in this newest version of phpBB, and it will take a while before we figure them all out, but it only gets better from here. Thanks for your patience while we work out the kinks.
